Description
Programming: Opening at the Jacobson House this Friday, February 10, 2012 with Indian Taco Sale at 5:00pm, the Gotebo family will give a history talk at 6:30 pm, and Kevin Warren Smith will give an art lecture with slide demonstration at 7:30 pm discussing the factors that led to the transition from hide to ledger to museum style painting. Kiowa film maker Steven Judd will show his films at the Jacobson House in March. In April a book signing with a short reading by N. Scott Momaday will also take place at the Jacobson House Native Art Center.
