Take a journey through some of the best-loved children’s books when you visit Storyland, a three-dimensional playland where books come alive. This colorful, interactive traveling exhibit is designed to encourage a love of reading and enhance early literacy skills for children 0 to 8 years old. Storyland transforms seven award-winning picture books into interactive environments that allow children to learn while they play. The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter; The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats; Where’s Spot? by Eric Hill; If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff; Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault; Abuela by Arthur Dorros; and Tuesday by David Wiesner are featured in this bi-lingual (English and Spanish) experience. February 18 through May 6
