Description
This class is a demonstration-only presentation. You will be shown how to prepare a classic French Apple Tart and some delicious Profiterolles with their crunchy puffs, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Not only will you see the whole process that will allow you to make them at home, you will also get the opportunity to taste them. Instructors are Catherine C. Galley & Dr. Car Seaquist, professor of mathematics at Texas Tech University.
