Description

Remember the days when James Beard, Craig Claiborne, and Julia Child ruled the food world with their books and television shows? We are going to prepare some of Julia Child’s favorite recipes, such as her grated-potato Pancakes, that are delicious and easy to replicate at home, just as she would have wanted it. Bon Appetit! Instructors are Dr. Janice Boyce, faculty member at the College of Human Science at Texas Tech University and Cheryl Stanley, graduate student at Texas Tech.
