Description
The Washington DC LGBT Ballroom, Latin, Swing & C/W Dance Meetup is for Lambda DanceSPORT DC (http://www.LambdaDanceSportDC.org) which supports the art and sport of partnership dancing of all styles for same-gender couples and LGBT-friendly mixed-gender couples in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area. Lambda DanceSPORT DC (http://www.LambdaDanceSportDC.org) is an affilliate of the LGBT DC Sports Connection, Team DC (http://www.TeamDC.org). Lessons occur weekly. Please contact Terry Chasteen at TerryChasteen@yahoo.com for details BEFORE going. Terry is a world famous dance instructor. He can schedule by appointment as well and does have other classes. There is a DanceSPORT card to learn a variety of dance styles or you can pay a nominal fee for a particular class. All are welcome, including singles, couples, same-gender couples and the seeing and hearing impaired. Just ask Terry for details how you can become the next Dancing with the Stars contestant!
