    Joining us on Feb. 10 in Naperville for “Forks Over Knives†showing and discussion will be Nicky Polosky, Co-Owner of Two Mothers Foods (healthy foods made with local, seasonal ingredients) in Naperville http://www.twomothersfoods.com/ and Kim Marsin, an organic farmer from St. Charles and Co-Owner of Sweet Home Organics http://sweet-home-organics.com/. We’ll discuss questions such as: What is a vegan diet and what are pros and cons of going vegan? How could my diet contribute to the local economy and reduce my carbon footprint? What are some simple steps to enjoy healthy, fresh, affordable food?
   Our timely issues programs are nonpartisan, open to the public, and free -- no reservations required. Parking is free, too. Just Views shows great films about matters vital to social and economic justice on the second Friday of each month throughout the year. View and then share views from different vantages with citizens attending and invited resource persons. Each night is a stimulating, informal, stand-alone program. Join the multilogue!
