Go inside and put Hershey's products into your shopping cart.
Call anytime, day or night. Say:
"I am participating in PackerBackerBob's Wack against your store, because you are making a profit of Child Slave Labor in Africa. You sell Hershey's products.
I live in Edgewater, and represent {make up a number} people from {make something up}"
or
"I have 3 kids, and we saw that website, and the documentary "Darker Side of Chocolate, and it made us sick. My kids are telling all their friends."
It is ok to lie. It's part of the game of Capitalism. Corporations do it all the time - to each other, to society. It's like a hard hit in football or hockey.
If you can go there in person:
Fill your cart up with Hershey's products, and perishable goods (like fish)
Start to check out - put all items on the conveyer belt.
Have the clerk ring up the order (optional)
or, just leave the care somewhere in the store. Put a note "Hershey's uses Child Slave Labor to pick coco beans - your name, phone number, and/or PackerBackerBob
Tell the clerk: "I don't want these items. I'm participating in PackerBackerBob's Wack against your store, because you sell Hershey's products, and they use child slave labor
Walk away (in anger, or nicely)

I last spoke to the manager on October 17, 2011. In person and via phone. I first spoke to the store manager on March 28, 2011.
I explained how Hershey's Chocolate uses child Slave Labor to pick their coco beans. Thus, he, right now, is making money from this. He told me to talk to their PR person and blah-blah.
I told him we were going to cut the profits of THIS Store by 2% or more, until they STOP selling all Hershey's products. I'm going to bring in people every weekend to do this.
I randomly selected this store, because I shop there often.
I. Wack's can be done ANYWHERE !
Call me if you want to set up something else, or collaborate with other groups - the more the merrier .

II. Blueprint for a "Wack "
Make life financially hell for companies that damage PEOPLE and the EARTH.
Using legal means.
Destroying your competiton has always been integral to Captialism.
Boycotts are foolish & ineffective.
Operation Wack their Profits can be done by individuals. But the More the better.
III. How:
Step 1:Go to a store, gas station etc.
Step 2: Select a shopping cart full of products.
Step 3. Put all of them on the counter.
Step 4 (optional) . Buy at least one product.
Step 5. Tell the clerk: "I don't want the rest.
I'm doing this BECAUSE this store ......
.... ( add one SHORT sentance here. ). "
i.e, your store does not pay its fair share of taxes, makes money off of child labor).
Apology to the people behind you ( I'm sorry to inconvience you, but this is inhumane)
Step 6: Optional:
Say " this WACK is sponsored by "PackerBackerBob "
Give them a business card (mine, or your's).
Talk to the manager.
Step 7: Repeat at the same store as often as you can.
IV. Businesses to target:
1) Companies that advertise on FOX and other Right Wing media
2) Organizations that fund White Supremist Organizations.
2) Companies that sell products do a net bad to Society.
pay unfair wages
advertise on Fox
contribute to the Republican party
do not pay their fair share of taxes
send jobs overseas
V. Suggestions :
Go during peak times.
Load up your cart. Put all items on the counter. Then purchase only a few
Attack one company at a time until achieve success
Meeting with the owner - before or afterward
Giving the company advance warning - up to you.
Pay with credit card. Or pennies
To identify yourself, group affiliation or goal is up to you. Same with wearing buttons.
Return the item.
