Main Presentation: PhoneGap Dominates the Now!
For a while, we have realized we are in the age of mobile devices. PhoneGap is a free open source framework developed by Nitobi and recently (last October) acquired by Adobe. Way before acquiring it, Adobe built it into its industry leading web development software, Dreamweaver. It allows those familiar with HTML and Javascript to develop apps across all of the major mobile platforms. Mike McGready will describe why it is what you should be using and why it is dominating the now. Mike is Manager of our Web – Video Crossroads Adobe User Group, as well as, Owner of Album of Life Video Studios, Mike McGready has been involved with designing, programming and maintaining websites since the 1990's.
