"Meat Cooking Class" - Jason Knapp CEC

Description

Guest Chef Jason Knapp, CEC will teach participants basic butchery, and cooking techniques such as braise, roast, saute, and pan roast. Our "Made from Scratch" Culinary Workshops offer every "cheficinado" an opportunity to test out and develop new skills and techniques by attending a wholesome, hands-on cooking class at Winthrop Rockefeller Institute. Classes are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are $80 per person.
