A program of the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, the Capitol Hill Art League (CHAL) provides artists with opportunities to meet each other, talk about art and learn in a friendly environment; gives artists opportunities to exhibit and sell their work in a gallery setting; and promotes the growth and appreciation of visual arts in the Capitol Hill community and beyond.
