ZUMBA with John and Tootie

Description
Classes are co-instructed by John Reid & William "Tootie" Carter. We ALWAYS demonstrate the choreography before actually performing the song. Our class is for all fitness levels as we will show you modifications from low to high intensity. Children are welcome to come with their parent and/or guardian. Cost per class is $5 for an adult and $1 for a child under age 15. The Zumba portion of the class will last 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of yoga cool-down and stretching. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle
