Indulge your taste for the culinary and visual arts at the EMPTY BOWLS FORT WORTH 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY. Presented by Tom Thumb, Empty Bowls 2012 is Friday, Feb. 17, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the West Room of the Amon Carter Exhibit Hall at the historical Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth. Empty Bowls 2012 offers exciting new features in recognition of the 10-Year Anniversary of this popular fusion of the culinary and visual arts. Celebrity Bowls, one of the new features, includes bowls and platters designed by local artists and signed by one of more than 10 local and national celebrities will be up for bid in a live auction. Select a keepsake bowl hand-crafted by Texas artisans, sample cuisine from Fort Worth area chefs and participate in raffles for a commemorative anniversary glass artwork by David Gappa and a quilt as well as a large silent auction displaying artwork, entertainment packages and more.
