Silent Auction for Mission Trip to Swaziland

Description
Kenova United Methodist Church youth group is going on a mission trip to Swaziland, a country in Africa, during summer of 2012. There are eighteen total people going and that includes 15 youth and 3 adults. Our group will be helping with orphan care, community outreach, a free health clinic, and other services to the rural community around us. The trip will be from June 20th to July 1st. We are fundraising a total of $2800 (per participant), and $1800 of that cost by early March for airfare. We will partake in several fundraisers including t-shirt sales, pancake breakfasts, a silent auction, and other events to raise funds for our mission trip.
On February 12, 2012, we are hosting a Silent Auction at our church. Businesses, both local and corporate, have graciously been donating what they can. We are putting the donations into baskets based on different themes to raffle them off, where various businesses in the tri-state area will also be donating.
Local caterers will have also donated finger foods for lunch!
