This is an event open to EVERYONE.
Julia Ricottone has spent the past 9 years working with California residents. She prides herself on educating and empowering them to evaluate their residential housing needs to determine the best fit to satisfy their residential housing needs whether it is buying, selling or leasing. This is done taking THEIR specific goals and objectives as the major factors.
This will be an active workshop and you should leave with a plan to support reaching YOUR specific housing GOALS.
At our homebuyer workshops you will learn:
♦ How to calculate how much of a loan amount you should qualify for.
♦ How to determine the ideal purchase price to meet YOUR financial goals.
♦ All about closing costs and how to get the seller to pay them.
♦ How owning a home effects your taxes.
♦ How to choose the right loan for YOUR specific needs.
♦ What Home Inspectors, Termite Inspectors & Appraisers do.
♦ What insurance options you will have and how to estimate your premium.
♦ How to estimate your property taxes.
♦ Some steps to clean up or raise your credit scores.
♦ Setting goals and establishing a savings plan.
♦ All about programs available to help you buy your home.
There is a $20 materials fee (Reduced to $10 for the first 10 to reserve their seat!!!)
