Description
This highly energetic program is inspired by the martial arts and draws from a wide range of disciplines, including karate, boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. The fee for any of the classes is $5 for an all-day pass to attend any or all of the classes offered that day. The monthly fee is $30 per month with automatic withdrawal with a credit card; $35 cash or check per month or $25 corporate rate to attend an unlimited number of classes and to use the fitness center facility.
