Tassel Ridge Chef Linda DeJong will begin by explaining how wine reductions complement flavors. Then, she will show you how easy it is to make amazing wine reductions including a Tassel Ridge In the Dark red wine reduction perfect for a steak, a Tassel Ridge Finalé Blackberry wine reduction perfect with pork, and a Tassel Ridge Iowa Brianna white wine reduction for chicken.
