Description
iscover new favorite dishes with our cookbook series. Each quarter, we'll be featuring one of our favorite cookbooks, followed by a potluck dinner based on recipes from the featured book. This month, the group will be cooking from Classic Indian Cooking by Julie Sahni.
In partnership with the Manheim Township Public Library (MTPL), Betsey Sterenfeld offers two ways to get acquainted with the selected cookbook, - copy recipes from the cookbook behind the desk, or reserve and check out a copy to be picked up at MTPL or purchase one at your favorite book retailer.
Bring your favorite dish from the book to sample and share.
Cookbook readers 14 years old and above are welcome. Event is free but space is limited. Reservations are required.
