Hips Against Hunger, March 30th and 31st, 2012: a Yale belly dance spectacular, and fundraiser for the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen! March 30, 8 pm, and March 31, 8 pm, Harkness Auditorium, 333 Cedar Street. Expect swirling skirts, spinning veils, exciting balanced swords, traditional and modern dances, and music from the Middle East and beyond. Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen, we hope to make this our most extravagant show ever! Tickets go on sale in February, $5.
