Description
Classic Boat Fair Many classic wood boats will be on display and for sale on the grounds of the Community Boat Shop. Raffle tickets are being sold for the Sunshine Tender, a classic wood boat being constructed by volunteer members of The East End Classic Boat Society. A new galvanized trailer on display will be raffled off with the boat later this year as part of a fundraiser for The East End Classic Boat Society, a not-for-profit organization. There will also be a nautical flea market. Maritime Art Show In combination with the Classic Boat Fair, a Maritime Art Show will be held simultaneously inside the Community Boat Shop. Over 50 East End maritime artists will be exhibiting their work for display and sale in coordination with the Artists Alliance of East Hampton. Community Boat Shop The Community Boat Shop is managed by The East End Classic Boat Society, which is dedicated to sustaining the skills and traditions of small wooden boat building and restoration. Picture & Art East Hampton Town Marine Museum – Free Admission The East Hampton Town Marine Museum will have free admission all day Saturday, July 16th in association with the Classic Boat Fair and Maritime Art Show.
