Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. Monday nights are high impact! Designed to boost your heart rate and reduce your pants size.
That mission is to promote physical wellness for those in the community, at a affordable cost. 85% of all proceeds goes directly to serve those within the community who are in need.
All classes are lead by a licensed and insured ZUMBA instructor.

Cost - $5.00 per session or $15 pay for 3 and get 1 free
Dress attire: Sweat pants and loose fitting tops
Free Child care will be provided for children ages 3-11(limited space) and Healthy Snacks
