Art Making in the Lobby: Enter a Studio of the Dutch Golden Age
Frist Center For the Visual Arts - Nashville, TN
Thursday and Friday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (except during member previews) Frist Center visitors are encouraged to create artwork developed in response to our current exhibitions. Art-Making in the Lobby is free and open to all visitors.
Through May 17, 2013, visitors are invited to create their own masterworks inspired by Rembrandt and the Dutch Golden Age: Highlights from the Detroit Institute of Arts, on view in the Ingram Gallery from February 1 through May 19, 2013. Using the supplies provided, guests observe the models and props in the miniature studio created for this activity and make a unique composition.
