A Legacy of Excellence: African American Exceptionalism in the United States

In collaboration with the City of Atlanta and the office of City Councilman Ivory Young, the Auburn Avenue Research Library will host A Legacy of Excellence: Generations of African American Exceptionalism. This exhibit by Atlanta artist Nelson Williams honors both the historical and contemporary contributions of African Americans in the United States, and is presented in recognition of the 2013 Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.
